Finding the next singing superstar! I worked on the first two series of the UK edition of The Voice Kids and the 2018 adults series, from initial casting and research, touring the country for auditions, and pitching contestants to the channel before final selection. I scheduled shoot days to capture their backstories, before filming their pre-recorded and live studio days. I worked across camera operation, interviews, welfare, contingency planning and directing.
